RCI Hospitality Goes Radio Silent on Shareholders

On top of the numerous issues that we’ve pointed out about RCI Hospitality, the company appears to be going dark on retail shareholders.

From Seeking Alpha:

He isn't the only shareholder that has been ignored by management. I've had others tell me their calls/emails have gone unanswered. If there was a valid explanation for RCI owning the houses and the ranch, or if there was any incorrect information in the report, you would think management would have been eager to point it out.

In the meantime, the company managed to release a press release noting that it is reopening its closed Bombshells location, and that RCI “strenuously dispute the underlying basis for the temporary order.

RCI said that the company reached an agreement with local officials. According to the company: The agreement calls for additional steps at this establishment regarding alcoholic beverage controls. We believe these steps will enhance our already existing vigilant controls.”

These vigilant controls lead to “well over 100 arrests” and numerous lawsuits. The spin machine is at it again.
